This is another great class for a dog that needs to be kept busy and entertained.  It's also great for dogs with confidence issues or dogs or people that want enrichment for their dog but aren't physically fit enough for a sport like agility.  In this class we'll be harnessing your dog's super power - their scenting abilities!  We will be teaching them the same kinds of skills that professional narcotics and explosives dogs find, but we'll be doing it just for fun!  Your dog will be trained to find a specific scent - in this case essential oils.  Participate just for fun or to prepare your dog to compete in scent sports!  $135** for 6 weeks.  Sign up for this class at the same time as any other class and receive a 10% discount on each class!

**You will need to purchase supplies for this course.  You'll need these supplies for the first night of class.  You will need the following:  1)  hot boxes for hiding scented tins, 2) birch odor, 3) q-tips, 4) a small glass jar, 5) tweezers, 6) a metal tin with holes.  Reusable plastic food storage boxes (sandwich box size) from a dollar store work well for hot boxes.  I recommend getting the rest of the supplies from a canine nosework store.  I purchased mine from k9noseworksource.com.  Any of their starter kits would work for the class.  The "plus" and "deluxe" kits have some additional items that will come in handy as you get more advanced, such as magnets (for securing the tins to metal objects, like car frames) and extra tins.
